第 3 章 覆盖范围

红帽提供的支持会根据 Red Hat Enterprise Agreement 附录 1 中公布的覆盖范围的内容进行。为鼓励快速应用新的技术，同时保持红帽企业级产品所固有的高标准稳定性，Red Hat Automation Hub 的产品生命周期被分为三个维护阶段，如下所述。

维护支持 1 阶段

在维护支持 1 阶段，红帽会提供以下支持：

  • 严重性级别为"关键(Critical)"的安全修复
  • 程序错误修复

这些会以子次发行版本的形式提供

Automation Hub 版本自完全支持阶段结束之日起提供 6 个月的维护支持 1 阶段。

维护支持 2 阶段

在维护支持 2 阶段，红帽会提供以下支持：

  • 严重性级别为"关键(Critical)"的安全修复

这些会以子次发行版本的形式提供

Automation Hub 版本自维护支持 1 阶段结束之日起提供 6 个月的维护支持 2 阶段。所有更新都由红帽自行决定。
