Running nftables or firewalld on WSL does not work
Issue
- Running a WSL RHEL image with firewalld or nftables enabled fails.
- Configuration error with WSL RHEL machine
ERROR: Exception caught: org.fedoraproject.FirewallD1.Exception: COMMAND_FAILED: 'python-nftables' failed: internal:0:0-0: Error: Could not process rule: No such file or directory
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
- Firewalld with nftables backend, or nftables firewall
