JBoss EAP launches successfully in standalone mode but produces several hs_err_pid files

Issue

  • We launch JBoss via standalone.sh or standalone.bat and it is started, but several hs_err_pids are being produced from JVM crashes before JBoss EAP first logs any start up activity to its server log. Why are these produced?
