Custom fact set using ansible.builtin.set_fact is not retained between job templates in Containerized Ansible Automation Platform 2.5

Issue

• Custom facts set using the ansible.builtin.set_fact module with cacheable: true are not available in the next job template run.
• The variable appears to be successfully set during the first job run, but a second job that tries to reference the same fact fails to retrieve it.
