Not able to install older version of AAP operator via the web console in RHOCP4

Issue

  • When attempting to install the Ansible Automation Platform operator via the Operator Hub, even when selecting a specific older version and the stable channel, the latest version of the operator is installed instead. This occurs despite the installPlanApproval being set to Manual.
