The nodeip-configuration.service does not populates the ipv6 address for a node in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • The nodeip-configuration.service on RHOCP node is failing to detect the IPv6 IP from the interface in a dual stack network. This results in only the IPv4 address being configured in /etc/systemd/system/kubelet.service.d/20-nodenet.conf.
