Issue

During a LEAPP upgrade on a server that is consuming content from a Red Hat Satellite you are seeing the following error:

             Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
             To enable Red Hat Subscription Management repositories:
                 subscription-manager repos --enable <repo>
             To enable custom repositories:

Environment

LEAPP upgrade from RHEL 7.9 to either RHEL 8.8 or 8.10 where a Content Host is connected to a Red Hat Satellite server.
