Unable scale down image registry replicas in RHOCP 4
Issue
- Scaling down image registry replicas is not working.
- Getting below error post setting
replicasto0:
Failed to update Deployment.apps/image-registry -n openshift-image-registry: Deployment.apps "image-registry" is invalid: spec.strategy.rollingUpdate.maxUnavailable: Invalid value: -1: must be greater than or equal to 0
