Issue

We need to determine the best way to implement an external database to store the 3scale configuration (2.14 version) in an already deployed Red Hat Openshift environment (4.16 version) on Azure Cloud . We want to establish exactly which of the 2 PostgreSQL models offered by Azure (Database for PostgreSQL or Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL) is compatible with 3scale and allows the configuration of the database in high availability, as well as to know which is the latest version of PostgreSQL DB that supports 3scale.
