Dnf fails to fetch the repos from CDN and throwing error Operation too slow, less than 1000 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds

Issue

• While fetching the repositories from Red Hat CDN, dnf fails with the below error:-

  # dnf repolist -v

• Download speed is very slow while fetching the updates from Red Hat CDN server and getting error Operation too slow. Less than 1000 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds
