Cannot scroll NetworkAttachmentDefinition list in network interface model while customizing a virtual machine

Issue

• When a project has access to around 30 NetworkAttachmentDefinitions, the list is too long to display and does not scroll when selecting a Network from the network interfaces model in the console UI.
