How to disable automatic upgrades of private automation hub instances

Issue

An automation controller instance has the option to disable automatic upgrades in the operator. A private automation hub instance however, does not have this option.
This can cause unwanted downtime, when the operator is upgraded, but it is not desirable to upgrade the deployed instances.
