Issue

  • The OpenShift cluster installation using UPI method fails, because the ingress-operator is in the degraded state with the below error:

    ERROR   operator.canary_controller      wait/wait.go:157        failed to get current canary route for canary 
    check     {"error": "Get \"https://172.xx.x.x:443/apis/route.openshift.io/v1/namespaces/openshift-ingress- 
    canary/routes/canary\": dial tcp 172.xx.x.x:443: connect: connection refused"}
