Configure ClusterLogForwarder to select dynamically changing namespace

Issue

• Is it possible for ClusterLogForwarder to dynamically manage a changing list of namespaces?
• Is it possible to add a dynamic selector for namespaces instead of a static, hard-coded namespace list in ClusterLogForwarder?
• Is it possible to select namespaces based on their labels, instead of their names?
