[Postfix] status=deferred (lost connection with hostname[X.X.X.X] while receiving the initial server greeting)

Issue

• Emails in postfix environment are failing with error "lost connection while receiving the initial server greeting"

• Sometimes it says "Timed out while receiving the initial server greeting"

• Emails from particular relay are not being sent.
