Facing unauthorized access when using multiple namespaced credentials for the same registry in a pull secret in RHOCP 4

Issue

• Pulling images occasionally fails when using different authentication credentials for multiple namespaces on the same registry in the pull-secret:

  Error: Error initializing source docker://registry.example.com/my-first-namespace/openshift/release@sha256:<sha> .... "unauthorized: access to the requested resource is not authorized"
