KIE server/Console pods get restarted intermittently due to "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create native thread"

Issue

When deploying kieserver and console(Business Central/Decision Central/monitoring console) integrating with RH-SSO in OCP 4, pod gets restarted intermittently due to the following error:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create native thread: possibly out of memory or process/resource limits reached

According to the knowledge base Unable to create more than 1024 Threads in OpenShift 4, podPidsLimit has been increased already, but the issue still happens intermittently.
