[RHOCP 4] Intel E810 NIC VF dosen't intialize when setting MTU as 9000

Issue

  • Is it possible to set MTU: 9000 for Intel E810 NIC?
  • The Virtual Function(VF) is not up when MTU: 9000 is specified in SriovNetworkNodePolicy.
