Why isn't a virtual machine starting?

Issue

  • Virtual Machine failed to start with an error message no bootable device
  • Also, virtual machine's disk is preallocated. But, RHEV-M portal is not showing correct disk size.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2
  • vdsm-4.10.2-23.0.el6ev.x86_64
