Unable to mount existing filesystem
Issue
- Not able to mount existing filesystem with following error in /var/log/messages.
kernel: EXT3-fs warning (device dm-3): ext3_clear_journal_err: Filesystem error recorded from previous mount: IO failure
kernel: EXT3-fs warning (device dm-3): ext3_clear_journal_err: Marking fs in need of filesystem check.
kernel: EXT3-fs: corrupt root inode, run e2fsck
