Prometheus pod is in CrashLoopBackOff state due to the prometheus-config-reloader container

Issue

• Prometheus pod is in CrashLoopBackOff state.
• After deleting the pod, new pod runs fine for some time and again crashes.
• prometheus-config-reloader container gives the error.
