Receive "AxisFault faultString:unknown" error executing a MetaMatrix WebService

Issue

• I created a Web Service from a WSDL in MetaMatrix, when I try executing this service I receive the below error:

• I noticed the SOAP Request was different from the one I ran in SOAPUI, Named Value Pairs are not there.
