Jenkins is not available in OpenShift 4.1 catalog

Issue

  • In 3.11 Jenkins was part of the service catalog. We could deploy it and catalog template would create for us all the secrets, permissions, Jenkins plugins, etc for Build Pipelines to start working immediately.
  • In OpenShift 4.1 catalog there is no Jenkins in the Catalog (neither Ephemeral nor Persistent versions). What is the proposed solution to deploy Jenkins now? Should we write our own OpenShift templates for this?
