Issue

  • The following SCSI errors caused the system to remount the file-system read-only:
kernel: SCSI error : return code = 0x8000002  
kernel: Info fld=0x0, Current sdb: sense key Hardware Error  
kernel: Additional sense: Internal target failure  
kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev sdb, sector 46173911  
kernel: aacraid: Host adapter abort request (0,0,1,0)  
kernel: aacraid: SCSI bus appears hung  
kernel: Aborting journal on device dm-9.  
kernel: ext3_abort called.  
kernel: EXT3-fs error (device dm-9): ext3_journal_start_sb: Detected aborted journal  
kernel: Remounting filesystem read-only
