Is Openswan in violation of ssleay licence ?
Issue
The Openswan software in Redhat EL 5.5 does not acknowledge the blowfish encryption code in any of the license files (COPYING, CREDITS, LICENSE) as required by the SSLeay. This is looks like a violation of the SSLeay license.
