Why is "command not found" appearing when trying to start a service or init script?
Issue
- Unable to start a service
- Several
command not founderrors are printed to the screen when attempting to start the service
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- A System V (SysV) or LSB init script being started (or the
network,netconsole, orrhnsdscripts/services in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 as these are init scripts and not systemd unit files)
