Candlepin fails after upgrading Red Hat Satellite 6 base Operating System to RHEL 7.6.

Issue

After upgrading Satellite 6.2.z server to RHEL 7.6 a hammer ping shows candlepin as FAILS.

• Run a hammer ping, it will take a while to execute.
