Autonegotiate cifs protocol to the highest protocol allowed by smb-server.
Issue
- Support SMB auto-negotiation while mounting CIFS shares.
- After update to RHEL 7.6 release, some directories stopped working. They are giving permission denied to the users when trying to upload.
