Require Information and Best Practice on RHV Data Warehouse versus Metrics Store

Issue

  • We are deploying and configuring new RHV environment and need to configure metrics and reporting and required input from Red Hat on best practices:
  1. Can/should Data Warehouse be configured alongside Metric Store?
  2. What network should the communication to RHV-M or RHV Hypervisors and the Logging System be on (Management?)
  3. If not in Management Network, what additional firewall rules are required (outside of iptables on Logging Host) to allow communication from RHV-M -> Logging System <- Hosts?
