Issue

  • The entire cluster panicked after one node reported a CMAN queueing error:
Feb 18 15:48:48 node4 kernel: CMAN: Error queueing request to port 1: -12
Feb 18 15:51:38 node4 syslogd 1.4.1: restart (remote reception).

The other nodes all showed messages saying they were panicking:

Feb 18 15:49:00 node1 kernel: CMAN: removing node node4 from the cluster : Panic
Feb 18 15:49:00 node1 kernel: CMAN: Initiating transition, generation 20
