Xorg crashes when switching to console on RHEL 6 guests
Issue
- When setting up RHEV it was noticed that Xorg/qxl driver constantly crashes when switching to a console by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Fn.
When it happens, the newly started X steals the session making it hard to work on console.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (Running as a Guest)
