growing an ext3 NFS File System using ext2online hung the OS on RHEL 4.7
Issue
- ext2online runs normally and had advanced about 5% when it stopped incrementing the groups and appeared to stall
- rebooted
- the NFS FS ran thru fsck, fs clean
- ran ext2online again with no issues
