qpid cluster stalls forever during its starting / rejoining of a new node
Issue
Our cluster has two qpid broker nodes, one with clean storage and the second with dirty storage. We start both nodes. The processes are running but not accepting new connections. The node with clean store raises "Un-authenticated attempt to join the cluster" error and then both brokers stop to write any logs.
