kdump is failing when partition number is higher 15
Issue
- Generating a vmcore via kdump is working if the block device partition number is less than 16
- But if partition number is 16 or higher, it's failed to detect the device during kdump
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- kexec-tools-2.0.0-286.el6_7.2 or earlier
