Cannot start luci without manually entering certificate passphrase in RHEL

Issue

  • Have installed CA signed certificates to the luci config, however when initially starting luci, the service won't fully start without having to manually enter the passphrase we supplied to the CA on the command line.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
  • luci configured with a password-protected CA-signed certificate
