Add CDS hangs indefinitely with qpid connection refused errors

Issue

• In progress is an initial RHUI installation using the RH GPS Implementation Guide v1.0. All steps have been completed successfully through RHUA RHN repository sync of RHEL5, RHEL6, and RHUI 2.0 repos. CDS initial configuration has been completed (./install_CDS.sh from the RHUI ISO, rh-cds1-config rpm has been executed) and we are now trying to add a CDS to the RHUA. Using the rhui-manager, going into 'c' to manage CDSs, and 'a' to add a new one, after entering the FQDN of CDS1 rhui-manager hangs indefinitely with no response (success or failure).
