"default" used as a group name in cgroups is no longer an option
Issue
- We use 'default' as a groupname in cgconfig.conf and cgrules.conf.
-
In RHEL6.5, this causes the cgconfig service to fail on startup with the following error message:
Starting cgconfig service: error at line number 30 at default:syntax error -
On previous versions of RHEL6 this was no issue.
- Changing default to something else, fixes the problem.
- This is a change in behaviour from RHEL6.4 and earlier to RHEL6.5.
Environment
- Red Hat Entreprise Linux (RHEL) 6.5
- libcgroup-0.40
