Red Hat Customer Portal: What's New in Case Management, February 7, 2014

We're pleased to announce the following enhancement to our Case Management application, included with our update on February 7. This feature is now available to all users.

Updates to the Recommendations UI

This release introduces adjustments to the recommendations that are made on case creation. Recommendations now appear on their own page in the case-creation process. We've also made a change to the sequence of the case creation and recommendations, which you can see in the screenshots below.
