The Direct Documentation Feedback (DDF) tool is no longer supported and was sunset on Nov 8, 2023. Red Hat is excited to focus our efforts towards imagining and planning what a new version of collecting customer feedback on our documentation might look like as we modernize the documentation experience.

[ARCHIVED]Direct documentation feedback enables you to submit feedback on documentation directly in the Red Hat Customer Portal. You can highlight sections of a document and attach comments. This article explains how to submit feedback on product documentation for Red Hat Process Automation Manager and Decision Manager 7.4 to 7.12

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to the Red Hat Customer Portal.

Procedure

  1. In the Red Hat Customer Portal, navigate to a product document page for Red Hat Process Automation Manager or Decision Manager 7.4 or later.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the document view, click Feedback to see existing feedback. NOTE: The feedback feature is enabled only in the multi-page HTML version of the document.

  3. Highlight a section of the document where you want to provide feedback.

  4. Click the Add Feedback icon.

  5. In the text box that appears on the right side of the page, enter your feedback and click Submit.

The direct documentation feedback feature creates a new issue in the Red Hat Process Automation Manager or Decision Manager documentation JIRA project o track the progress of your feedback. To follow the progress of your feedback, click the issue tracker link in the feedback view.
