Announcing Red Hat Single Sign-On Continuous Delivery

Updated -

The Red Hat Single Sign-On team is excited to announce availability of a new distribution of RH-SSO available in the OpenShift Container Catalog. Red Hat Single Sign-On Continuous Delivery (CD) is a new release stream of RH-SSO that provides access to the forthcoming 7.3 version of RH-SSO while it is undergoing active development. The intent of the distribution is to provide early access to new features coming in the next version of RH-SSO and to enable users to test the new features in a development or test environment. The distribution is released under Technology Preview terms, and does not offer production support.

New features highlighted in this release include:
* The replacement of Client Templates with Client Scopes which provide better support for the OAuth scope parameter, and offer generally greater flexibility.
* Support for OAuth2 Certificate bound access tokens
* Transition from UMA 1.0 to UMA 2.0 in Authorization Services.
* The ability to hot-deploy themes
* Support for Instagram as an IDP
* The addition of Fuse 7 and Spring Boot 2 adapters, plus improvement to the JavaScript adapter
* And more, see the Release Note

The new distribution can be found in the Red Hat Container Catalog and the updated documentation can be found in the Red Hat Support Portal.
