Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux course now available via edX

Red Hat Training is pleased to announce the release of our first official Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This course is now available via edX and is free to all users.

EdX was founded by Harvard and MIT and is one of the largest and most prestigious MOOC platforms in the industry.

The Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux course - or RH066x - is designed to teach new Linux users practical techniques for using Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® and how to perform basic system administration tasks. No previous Linux administration experience is required. This course is essentially a prequel to the popular Red Hat System Administration I (RH124).

This new offering is the first of several offerings we intend to build for mass consumption. Our objective is to inspire the next generation of users and expand the community of Red Hat advocates. Stay tuned as we build more MOOCs for other technologies in our portfolio.
