During the planned outage window: Users will experience a service
interruption and not be able to perform any actions requiring
authentication, such as downloading software, managing subscriptions,
opening support cases online, searching, or viewing knowledgebase
solutions or discussions. Support case updates via email and Bomgar
support are not affected by this outage.
